Unfortunately due to current COVID-19 measures, Rietveld Uncut that was supposed to take place in Stedelijk Museum has been revised.
As the museum had to close its’ doors and the 28 projects that were developed for this exhibition, we asked participants for a video translation of their projects.
As the exhibition was cancelled, this solution offered a way to still make use of their views, in a new translation.

That time of the year again! I am initiating, curating and organizing Rietveld Uncut, with Tomas Adolfs.
Rietveld Uncut is an annual exhibition and performance program by the Gerrit Rietveld Academie. Its collaboration with Studium Generale Rietveld Academie builds up to a simultaneous conference-week and exhibition in which ‘the making and the thinking’ comes together. Departments and students are developing projects in relation to the theoretical framework of Studium Generale under the title ‘Relating (to) Colour’.
